I forgot to mention... make sure you have VERY VERY ripe bananas for this recipe. The sweetness of the bread depends on it - especially in this recipe.

I am very interested in learning to play a musical instrument. I also have multiple sclerosis, it was diagnosed 19 months ago. Now I have to decide on which one.

Sounds yummy! I may give it a try this weekend. I have been contemplating going on a journey through the world of beans and how they can be cooked and presented. A diet rich in beans is apparently one of the commonalities of people who live a long time...

For those that have the time, and it is actually not much time in terms of requiring your undivided attention, beans reconstituted from dried beans are generally better in texture and flavor. I soak and cook my own most of the time....

Quinoa is great. I recently rediscovered this and millet as two more tasty alternatives to rice.
Great post :)

I am so sorry to report that I don't think Crate and Barrel carries this wine glass any longer. Williams-Sonoma does at a slightly higher cost. See the link below. Or you could try and find them on your own. They are made by Schott-Zweisel in Germany... the Bordeaux is the one we have.

I hope this helps!

Hi. Real nice info on Maqui Berry. I discovered your nice blog while researching yahoo. For the past few days I have been trying to find more. Particularly anything to do with the diet talk. I've witnessed it all and my sister keeps forcing her new weight loss fad on me. So I am happy I found you. Take care!
